Employmate Limited in South Africa seeks a Senior Insurance Recruitment Consultant to support clients across Australia. You will own the full 360 recruitment lifecycle for insurance professionals, driving BD, sourcing candidates, and making successful placements while delivering an exceptional recruitment experience.

• Proven 360 recruitment experience including client and candidate management.
• Insurance recruitment experience is essential.
• Strong business development and relationship skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Confident negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Sourcing, interviewing and candidate qualification expertise.
• Commercial awareness with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Commitment to Australian business hours and flexibility for after-hours work.
• Ability to understand complex information and provide informed recruitment advice.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from BD to placement and onboarding.
• Build and maintain relationships with insurance industry clients and candidates.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow client accounts.
• Source and engage qualified insurance professionals across channels.
• Screen candidates and conduct interviews to assess fit.
• Present shortlisted candidates with clear recommendations.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback and negotiate offers.
• Provide candidates with career guidance and market insights.
• Achieve recruitment, placement and business development targets.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate information.
