Employmate Limited is seeking an experienced Insurance Recruitment and Client Solutions Consultant to service the Australian market. This independent contractor role requires complete ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, from business development to candidate placement and ongoing client management.

The ideal candidate will have proven 360° recruitment experience with insurance industry focus, strong English communication, and the ability to work Australian hours from South Africa.

Qualifications

• Experience in a full 360° recruitment role with client management and candidate recruitment.
• Insurance recruitment experience is essential.
• Strong client-facing experience to build professional relationships.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proven ability to source, screen, interview and qualify candidates.
• Negotiation and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently while meeting targets.
• Willingness to work Australian business hours long term.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete 360° recruitment lifecycle: business development, client engagement, sourcing, screening, interviewing, placement, and follow-up.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
• Consult with clients to understand recruitment requirements and cultures.
• Engage qualified insurance professionals through LinkedIn, job boards, and headhunting.
• Screen and interview candidates, assess experience, fit, and motivations.
• Present shortlisted candidates with clear recommendations to clients.
• Coordinate interviews and feedback between clients and candidates.
