Job summary

Jordan Human Resources is seeking a Delivery Manager/RTE with a STEM degree and a proven track record in delivering products. The role requires working across business and IT, a passion for mobile money growth, and strong problem-solving in reactive and proactive environments. Knowledge of payment tech and end-to-end system understanding under RTE is essential.

A SAFe Scrum Master cert is preferred. Candidates should have 3–5 years of delivery management or RTE experience and be able to present

• Strong understanding of local and global payment capabilities and technologies.
• Commit to understand the end to end solution and system at high level with all relevant use cases of system which is under RTE.
• Ability to demonstrate and present systems/software managed by RTE in order to provide suggestion for optimsation.
• SAFe Scrum Master certification or equivalent.
• 3 – 5 years’ experience as a Delivery Manager and / or RTE
