Job summary

Jordan Human Resources is seeking a Delivery Manager/RTE with a STEM degree and a proven track record in delivering products. The role requires working across business and IT, a passion for mobile money growth, and strong problem-solving in reactive and proactive environments. Knowledge of payment tech and end-to-end system understanding under RTE is essential.

A SAFe Scrum Master cert is preferred. Candidates should have 3–5 years of delivery management or RTE experience and be able to present

Qualifications

Educated to degree level in STEM or equivalent working experience.
Proven track record for successful delivery of products.
Working cross-functionally with business and IT.
Contagious passion for, and commitment to, driving mobile money growth and innovation.
Excellent problem analysis and resolution skills to support work in reactive and proactive environments.
Strong understanding of local and global payment capabilities and technologies.
Commit to understand the end to end solution and system at high level with all relevant use cases of system which is under RTE.
Ability to demonstrate and present systems/software managed by RTE in order to provide suggestion for optimsation.
SAFe Scrum Master certification or equivalent.
3 – 5 years’ experience as a Delivery Manager and / or RTE
