Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in leading portfolios or large programmes.
• Experienced in principles of design thinking and lean-agile software delivery.
• Experience with working with African markets is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise flow of value delivery through the Agile Release Train.
• Create visibility of progress using Kanban and visual representations.
• Facilitate PI Planning readiness and events.
