Job summary

Jordan Human Resources in Western Cape seeks an experienced Delivery Manager/RTE to drive delivery across platforms and coordinate with business and IT stakeholders. The role focuses on scalability, process improvement and ensuring alignment with end-to-end system use cases under the RTE framework.

The ideal candidate has SAFe Scrum Master certification or equivalent, 3–5 years’ experience as a Delivery Manager and/or RTE, and a passion for mobile money growth and innovation in a dynamic IT

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level in STEM or equivalent working experience.
• Proven track record for successful delivery of products.
• Working cross-functionally with business and IT.
• Contagious passion for, and commitment to, driving mobile money growth and innovation.
• Excellent problem analysis and resolution skills to support work in reactive and proactive environments.
• Strong understanding of local and global payment capabilities and technologies
• Commit to understand the end to end solution and system at high level with all relevant use cases of system which is under RTE
• Ability to demonstrate and present systems/software managed by RTE in order to provide suggestion for optimsation.
• Relevant certified Scrum Master qualification, for example, SAFe Scrum Master or equivalent
• 3 – 5 years’ experience as a Delivery Manager and / or RTE
