The role involves working with physiotherapists and counsellors, supporting daily living activities, documenting progress, and maintaining a safe environment. A relevant healthcare qualification and strong interpersonal skills are required;

Qualifications

• Qualification in Healthcare Support or related field.
• Experience in a rehabilitation setting or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with prescribed rehabilitation programs and exercises.
• Support daily living activities, personal care and mobility as needed.
• Monitor progress, document observations, and report changes.
• Encourage participation in social, vocational, and community activities.
• Collaborate with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, counsellors, and other staff.
• Maintain a safe environment and follow health and safety protocols.
• Assist with transfers and use of adaptive equipment.
