Qualifications

• Qualification or certification in healthcare support, community services, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a rehabilitation, healthcare, or community support role.
• Ability to follow instructions and document progress accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities and mobility.
• Implement rehabilitation plans developed by therapists and healthcare professionals.
• Provide encouragement and motivation throughout recovery.
• Monitor progress and report concerns to supervising team.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physiotherapists and occupational therapists.
• Assist with community reintegration activities and appointments.
