Nurture Health is seeking a compassionate, patient-centered Registered Nurse to join our rehabilitation team. Reporting to the Nursing Manager, you will deliver high-quality nursing care, optimise clinical status, and enable meaningful participation in rehabilitation programmes.

Colleagues across disciplines collaborate to achieve exceptional outcomes. The role requires SA Nursing Council registration and experience with complex patients; ventilator experience is crucial.

Qualifications

• Registered with the South African Nursing Council as a Professional Nurse.
• Experience managing medically complex patients in a high-demand clinical environment.
• Strong clinical assessment, nursing leadership, delegation, communication, and rehabilitation-focused care planning.

Responsabilités

• Execute and coordinate nursing care plans, allocate and delegate nursing activities, and monitor patients' clinical status to ensure safe, effective care.
• Manage medication administration, emergency equipment, emergency responses, wound and continence care, and support safe patient discharge processes.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, contribute to clinical decision-making, and maintain accurate clinical reporting.
• Experience with ventilators is crucial to this role.
