Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate nursing care plans, allocate and delegate nursing activities, and monitor patients' clinical status to ensure safe, effective care.
• Manage medication administration, emergency equipment, emergency responses, wound and continence care, and support safe patient discharge processes.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, contribute to clinical decision-making, and maintain accurate clinical reporting.
• Experience with ventilators is crucial to this role.
