Qualifications

• Registered Nurse or Clinical Engineering qualification.
• 3 years Anaesthetic/theatre/ICU experience.
• Own vehicle and valid driver’s licence.
• Experience training nurses in ventilation systems and patient application.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve advanced clinical application issues.
• Experience with medical device sales is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced training to end-users on ventilator systems and ensure clinical competency.
• Support product evaluations for clinical acceptance and oversee installations at hospital sites.
• Provide ongoing clinical customer support (on-site and remote).
• Coordinate with technical and OEM teams to resolve complex ventilation issues.
• Develop clinical education materials and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with hospital engineering standards, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Support Sales and Sales administration, through cross selling opportunities
