Qualifications

• Mandatory: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma (NQF 6–7) in IT/IS/Business Analysis/CS/Finance.
• OR Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma with at least 3 years’ experience in business/systems analysis, requirements elicitation, process modelling, data analysis, testing and stakeholder engagement.
• Advantageous: experience in tax administration, regulatory reporting, financial services, crypto assets, data exchange, or compliance systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyse CARF policy, regulatory, and operational requirements and assess impact on processes and systems.
• Elicit, validate, document, and manage requirements across the CARF solution lifecycle.
• Map current and future-state processes, rules, user journeys, data flows, interfaces, and reporting needs.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability documents.
• Support data capture, due diligence, exchange, reconciliation, and regulatory reporting requirements.
