Qualifications

• Admitted attorney with minimum 5 years in regulatory compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of SA laws and regulations relevant to the industry.
• Experience developing and implementing compliance programs.
• Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with integrity and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and MS Office.
• Experience in internal investigations is an advantage.
• High ethical standards and commitment to best practices in compliance.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and interpret laws, regulations, and industry standards applicable to operations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs and policies.
• Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments.
