Job summary

Mpact Plastic Containers Castleview in Gauteng seeks a Grinder Operator to safely and efficiently operate grinding equipment to process plastic waste and production scrap into regrind material meeting quality and production standards. You will perform pre-start checks, set machine parameters, manage material feeding, report faults, maintain housekeeping, and comply with SHEQ and company procedures.

Matric with Maths/Tech Maths or Maths Literacy (50%) and 1–3 years in injection moulding

Qualifications

• Matric with Maths/Tech Maths or Maths Literacy (50%) required.
• 1–3 years’ experience in Injection Moulding manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Operate grinding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Conduct pre-start checks and set machine parameters.
• Manage material feeding and report faults.
• Maintain good housekeeping and SHEQ compliance.
• Support admin and stock control tasks.
