• Use appropriate equipment for lifting/moving heavy objects.
• Production output to consistently meet targets and production plan.
• Assist in breakdowns and adjustments for prompt execution.
• Report all breakdowns or faults promptly.
• Ensure M/C is supplied with correct material, cartons and labels.
• Maintain plant quality standards and document records accurately.

We are currently hiring for an Operator to safely operate the machine to meet the desired efficiencies with zero quality defects while meeting production and safety standards.

Key Performance Area

Safety and Housekeeping

• Adherence to OHS Act and plant procedures

• Comply with all safety instructions and standards

• Report all unsafe actions

• Adhere to demarcated storage areas

• Use appropriate equipment for lifting/moving of heavy objects

Production

• Production output to constantly achieve maximum output

• Run to production plan to achieve targets

• Assist in breakdowns and adjustments to ensure prompt and efficient action

• Report all breakdowns or faults promptly

• Ensure that the M/C is supplied with the correct material, cartons and labels

Quality

• Adherence to all plant quality standards and procedures

• Keep spoilage and isolations below target

• Constant monitoring of quality by following quality procedures

• Prompt reporting of any defects

• All records to be filled out correctly and timeously as per procedures

• Practice and promote quality awareness
