Job summary

Core Group is seeking a Regional Sales Representative to drive sales performance across Western Cape retail partners from our Cape Town team.

You will act as the in-store face of the brand, manage stock, lead merchandising, train staff, and collaborate with marketing and operations to execute promotions, planograms, and seasonal campaigns.

The role requires independence, a proven sales track record, and a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in sales, channel management, or retail operations.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable facilitating training sessions.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of consumer technology industry preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales targets by ensuring strong in-store execution, promotional support, and consistent engagement with retail partners.
• Act as the primary point of contact for retail partners within your region, building strong relationships and ensuring a productive partnership.
• Monitor stock levels, identify gaps, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure adequate availability and replenishment to maximise sales opportunities.
• Facilitate product training sessions for in-store staff, ensuring teams are knowledgeable and confident to sell our products effectively.
• Ensure execution of all marketing initiatives and planograms within retail outlets with premium merchandising standards.
• Track store performance, analyse sales data, and report trends, risks, and opportunities to management.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance regional performance.
