Job summary

Carrol Boyes is actively seeking an Area Manager to lead multiple stores within a designated region, driving sales performance, operational excellence and premium customer experience.

You will coach Store Managers, manage regional operations and ensure brand standards are upheld while optimizing profitability and asset protection across the portfolio.

This role requires strong leadership, travel readiness and a strategic mindset to implement company initiatives and development plans across stores.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent.
• Tertiary qualification in Business Management, Retail Management or related field (advantageous).
• Minimum 5 years' retail management experience.
• Minimum 3 years' experience managing multiple stores or retail locations.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and operational targets.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Store Managers and retail teams.
• Drive regional sales, turnover and profitability targets.
• Monitor sales performance across all stores in region.
• Ensure stores comply with Company policies and standards.
• Manage stock, loss prevention and asset protection.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and cost management.
• Maintain high standards of customer experience and brand presentation.
