This role requires 8+ years in retail management (4+ multi-site) and a relevant business or sales qualification. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly are essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales performance and achievement of revenue, conversion, and margin targets
• Coach, mentor, and manage store managers and sales teams across multiple locations
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure operational and merchandising standards are met
• Analyse performance data and implement action plans to address gaps
• Collaborate with marketing on promotions, product launches, and local campaigns
• Manage regional budgets and report on performance to senior leadership
