Placements24 seeks a seasoned Operations Director to lead and optimize all regional operations in the Limpopo province. You will drive operational excellence, align with strategic goals, and steward performance across multiple sites with a goal of delivering value to clients and stakeholders.

You will build and mentor a high-performing team, manage budgets and P&L, and implement best practices while maintaining a culture of accountability and continuous improvement in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in senior operations management with a proven track record.
• Strong strategic planning, financial oversight, and P&L experience.
• Deep understanding of Limpopo regional business operations.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills; able to manage large teams.
