Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years’ sales experience in the butchery supply industry, with a minimum of three years in a sales management capacity.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of packaging, casings, butchery machinery, spices, and ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a five-person sales team to meet regional targets.
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with national objectives.
• Maintain strong relationships with independent butchers, meat processors, and retail chains.
• Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to the National Sales and Operations Manager; manage the sales budget and CRM records.
