Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. You will own the top of the funnel, researching accounts, identifying decision makers and booking discovery calls for our Account Executives.

Qualifications

• B2B sales experience with quota exposure preferred.
• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role (agency or SaaS experience a plus).
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
