Placements24 in Upington, Northern Cape, is seeking a motivated Retail Team Leader to guide the store team, oversee daily operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and drive sales performance.

You will mentor staff, maintain store standards, manage stock, and collaborate with store management to ensure targets are met. Prior retail leadership and strong communication are required; weekends and holidays are expected. Upington location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in retail leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of retail operations and sales processes.

• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of retail associates, providing direction and support.

• Assist in managing stock levels, including receiving, processing, and merchandising products.
