Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Area Manager or similar in restaurant/hospitality.
• Experience managing multiple upscale or high-volume restaurants.
• Strong understanding of restaurant P&Ls, budgeting, labour, cost control, profitability.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends across locations.
• South African citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple restaurants in the area.
• Ensure consistent operational, service and brand standards across all locations.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct health & safety and compliance inspections.
• Lead, coach and develop restaurant management teams.
• Monitor labour costs and staffing levels.
• Visit each restaurant regularly and work varied shifts.
