Job summary

Talent Candey is seeking an experienced Training Manager for the QSR sector across KwaZulu-Natal. Lead a regional training function, develop programs, and ensure SOP adherence in all stores while coaching a team of around 20 trainers. The role requires extensive travel and frontline leadership in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive operational training, supplier and SOP compliance and contribute to new store openings with hands-on coaching and program rollout.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) is required.
• 5–10 years' Fast Food / QSR Operations Management and Training experience.
• Proven experience leading a training team.
• Experience facilitating operational and classroom-based training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement structured training programs across KwaZulu-Natal.
• Lead a team of approximately 20 trainers and coach performance.
• Plan staff rosters and coordinate trainer schedules.
• Support new store openings through hands-on training and mentoring.
• Maintain training documentation, attendance, and performance records.
• Deliver daily operational training updates and workshops.
