Job summary

Interdot Solutions in Germiston, South Africa, seeks a Regional Product Owner to drive end-to-end portfolio development across the Middle East, Africa, Turkey and CIS regions, collaborating with regional sales teams to optimize margin and growth.

You will own regional portfolio strategy, create business cases, guide development projects, and translate requirements into KPI-driven plans, enabling timely range extensions and a flawless go-to-market strategy.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in a relevant field.
• Experience in product management and development processes.
• Strategic and analytic thinking with active execution of product strategy targets.
• Negotiating, influencing and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end responsibility for respective portfolio sales & margin in the region (Middle East, Africa, Turkey & CIS-countries).
• Responsible for creating and implementing timely regional product range development plans (from business cases to projects execution) for respective portfolio to achieve defined KPI targets derived from business/customer requirements in IAM and OES.
• Define, align and execute regional respective portfolio strategy, as part of regional category book workstream.
• Act as the regional AM product owner to support regional front line sales team to ensure flawless go-to-market strategy of existing portfolio and range extensions.
