PEP is seeking a Regional People Solutions Partner based in Centurion - Pretoria to drive HR delivery in the defined region. The role focuses on recruitment, industrial relations, policies, succession planning, and training, while supporting line management in operational HR matters.

The incumbent should bring at least 5 years of generalist HR experience, strong interpersonal and coaching skills, and willingness to travel extensively to meet business needs.

Qualifikationen

• + Grade 12 and an Honours degree in HR (Discipline)
• + Minimum 5 years' experience in a generalist HR role
• + Retail knowledge/experience advantageous
• + Computer literate (G. Suite)
• + Valid Code 8 manual driver's license and willingness to travel extensively

To implement the PEP Regional People Solutions Partner strategy in the defined region, through the effective management of the people support function. The position will be based in Centurion - Pretoria.
