Job summary

Contract Cleaning Company in Matroosfontein is seeking a Regional Wage Administrator to manage wage payrolls, ensure accurate payments, and meet SLA and regulatory requirements. You will prepare wage cost reports, handle timekeeping, and maintain confidential payroll data.

Responsibilities include producing monthly reports, timely submission of payroll sheets, and assisting management with payroll-related tasks. Requires payroll certification or equivalent experience and CRS familiarity.

Qualifications

• Matric with payroll certification or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years payroll administration experience.
• Experience with CRS preferred and payroll MIS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly wage cost reports for P&L meetings.
• Submit payroll reports to finance on time.
• Capture new appointments, promotions, terminations accurately.
• Provide terminated staff with UI19 and certificate of service.
• Maintain payroll data and ensure confidentiality.
• Resolve payroll and time and attendance queries.
