Qualifications

Requirements

• Proven track record of managing large-scale operations and diverse teams.
• In-depth knowledge of mining operations, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with budget management, P&L responsibility, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in operational planning and resource allocation.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and make sound decisions in challenging environments.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
• Residency or willingness to relocate to be based near Rustenburg, North West .
