Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational activities in the designated Vereeniging region, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 9 years of progressive experience in operations management, with a substantial portion in the FMCG industry .
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex operational environments and driving efficiency.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain, logistics, warehousing, and distribution best practices.
• Excellent understanding of operational KPIs and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing operational budgets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Vereeniging, Gauteng area.
