Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in operations management within FMCG or retail distribution.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role managing teams and operations.
• Proven experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and transportation logistics.
• Strong knowledge of distribution network optimization and fleet management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with relevant WMS, TMS, and ERP systems.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency and cost reduction initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct all operational activities within the defined region, including warehousing, inventory, and transportation.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and speed delivery times.
• Lead and develop a high-performing regional operations team.
