Placements24 is seeking a strategic Regional Manager to oversee operations across multiple sites in the Richards Bay region and surrounding areas. You will set regional strategies, drive performance, and ensure consistency and excellence across all locations. Some travel is required, with a degree of remote work flexibility offered.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, extensive experience in multi-site operations, and solid financial acumen to manage budgets and P&Ls.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required.
• MBA is a plus and strongly considered for senior leadership.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive management experience, with 3+ years regional.

Responsabilidades

• Develop regional business plans to achieve targets.
• Lead and coach site managers and staff within the region.
• Monitor P&L, budgeting, and cost control.
• Ensure adherence to policies and quality standards across sites.
• Identify operational improvements and implement best practices.
• Foster relationships with customers and local authorities.
