Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive management experience.
• Experience managing multi-site operations and P&L.
• Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities.
• Expertise in operational efficiency, lean methods, and optimization.
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
• Advanced financial acumen and budget management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management.
