Job summary

Get Set UK is seeking an experienced regional operations leader to deliver employability and adult skills programmes across the North West. You will be responsible for operational performance, quality, people, compliance and commercial results across Restart, Skills and Apprenticeships activity.

This role requires coaching multi-disciplinary teams, driving performance data into action, and developing strong Business Managers and Team Managers to deliver sustainable employment outcomes.

Qualifications

• Senior operational leadership experience within employability, skills, welfare-to-work, apprenticeships, or contract-driven services.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary delivery teams to achieve KPIs and financial targets.
• Strong working knowledge of DWP-funded employability provision, ideally including Restart.
• Experience managing operational budgets and P&L accountability.
• Experience in employer engagement, business development or sales within employability or apprenticeships.
• Evidence of building strategic employer relationships that generate vacancies, training demand and growth.
• Experience leading Account Management or Sales teams with pipeline management and performance.
• Understanding of apprenticeship growth and employer-led skills solutions.
• Experience managing relationships with commissioners, prime contractors, employers and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical capability with Excel and Power BI to interpret performance data.
