Job summary
Sustainable Building Services in the UK seeks four experienced Regional Customer Care Managers to lead the regional CLO teams across North West, East Midlands & West Yorkshire, Midlands and South. - Two years+ experience in customer care/service delivery in the construction/household sector.
- Experience leading and coaching colleagues and influencing operational teams.
- Experience using customer feedback and data to improve performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the regional CLO team, set expectations and manage performance.
- Ensure robust customer-care processes across projects and sites.
- Oversee complex or high-risk customer issues and service recovery.
- Monitor complaints and feedback to drive improvements.
- Work with Marketing to ensure clear, accessible customer information.
- Own regional customer-care reporting and use data to drive improvements.
