Job summary

Travel to branches, manage incidents, and engage with banks, auditors, and senior management are key aspects of the role.

The ideal candidate has matric, a Grade C PSIRA certificate, strong MS Office skills, and proven people and time management abilities, with a willingness to travel and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12).
• Must be able to function in a stress-full environment with daily challenges.
• Registered Grade C PSIRA Certificate.
• Exceptional MS Office literacy (Word, Excel & Outlook).
• Excellent people management skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Industry experience required.
• Own transport and valid driver's license.
• Must be willing to travel!
• Clear criminal record.

Responsibilities

• Investigate regional variances and report irregularities to Management.
• Consolidate and report on incident records and client communications.
• Maintain accurate incident and regional dashboards.
• Travel to branches as required to oversee operations.
• Assist with regional audits, payroll and appointments.
• Ensure client satisfaction with timely responses to queries.
• Engage with Banks, auditors and head office as needed.
• Manage CLO staff and ensure provincial consistency.
