Placements24 is seeking a strategic Regional Manager to oversee operations across its North West region. The role focuses on setting regional objectives, leading a team of managers, and driving growth while ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will lead budgeting, forecast performance, and align initiatives with corporate strategy. This is a senior leadership position with significant impact on regional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• MBA is preferred for the role.
• Minimum 8 years of management experience, including at least 3 years in regional management.
• Strong knowledge of P&L management, forecasting, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve regional sales and operational goals.
• Mentor store/branch managers to drive high performance.
• Monitor regional metrics, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure consistent policy and brand standard implementation across the region.
• Build relationships with customers, partners and local communities.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning and resource allocation for the region.
