Job summary

Lesaka Technologies is seeking a Regional Manager for 4ALL Voucher to lead merchant onboarding and activation in a defined South African region, with regular field travel. You will onboard non-trading merchants, educate them on the product and use cases, and convert them into active traders. After base activation, the role shifts toward volume growth, ARPU, and performance-based incentives, supported by a strong field execution.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of field sales, regional sales or merchant activation experience.
• Experience managing field teams or activation teams.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within region.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritise, onboard, and activate non-trading merchants within the region.
• Own regional voucher performance across active merchants, transactions, sales volume, and ARPU per merchant.
