Job summary

Lesaka Technologies seeks a National Field Manager for 4ALL Voucher in Cape Town with national travel. Lead the onboarding engine to activate 5,000 non-trading merchants monthly, then drive volume growth, ARPU uplift, and sustainable trading behavior across regions.

You will manage Regional Managers, set field standards, and ensure disciplined planning, execution, and reporting to enable nationwide merchant activation and voucher sales growth.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in national field sales, field operations or merchant activation.
• Experience leading Regional Managers or multiple field teams.
• Strong planning, reporting, and execution discipline.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the national onboarding and activation strategy for 4ALL Voucher with a target of 5,000 merchants per month.
• Lead Regional Managers and field teams to meet targets through quality onboarding and activation.
• Create standard field processes for onboarding, education, branding, activation quality, and reporting.
• Develop incentives and campaigns aligned to volume growth and ARPU improvement across regions.
