Lesaka Technologies Inc. is looking for a Regional Manager based in Cape Town to drive the onboarding and activation of merchants for the 4ALL Voucher product. This hands-on leadership role demands experience in field sales and a strong ability to lead teams in a dynamic, target-driven environment.

The ideal candidate will engage closely with merchants to ensure successful activation and ongoing performance, contributing to a national target of onboarding 5,000 merchants monthly while being willing to travel within the region.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of township or informal merchant environments is an advantage.
• Experience managing field teams or sales representatives.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional contribution towards onboarding non-trading merchants.
• Manage and motivate field agents and squads.
• Execute national and regional campaigns effectively.
