Job summary

Lesaka Technologies in South Africa seeks a Regional Manager to build, activate, and grow the 4ALL Voucher merchant base within a defined region. Immediate priority is onboarding non-trading merchants onto voucher products, educating them, and converting them into active traders.

The role evolves to drive volume, ARPU uplift, and campaign-driven growth across the region, with a focus on field execution and measurable sales performance.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience in regional field sales, merchant activation, or fintech environments.
• Proven ability to lead field teams and meet aggressive merchant targets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and activate non-trading merchants in the region.
• Lead regional voucher performance across active merchants and volume.
• Manage field agents, activators, and sales teams with clear targets.
• Educate merchants on how to sell voucher products and use cases.
• Ensure in-store visibility and clear customer messaging.
• Identify competitors and win share through education and campaigns.
• Plan and execute campaigns and promotions at regional level.
• Provide weekly performance updates and insights.
