Develop and maintain marketing dashboards, reports and performance tracking tools. Provide regular monthly, quarterly and project‑based updates on marketing activities and results. Establish effective marketing routines aligned with the broader commercial operating framework. Track marketing KPIs, budgets, campaign effectiveness and progress against strategic objectives. Facilitate the sharing of best practices, resources and successful initiatives across markets. Team leadership and development:

Lead, coach and develop marketing team members to achieve individual and team objectives. Establish clear performance expectations, KPIs and accountability across the marketing function.
