The Role: Regional Manager Gauteng North

This role oversees the Gauteng North business unit to ensure profitability, revenue growth and operational excellence. The Regional Manager will execute strategic sales initiatives, strengthen brand presence and lead a motivated team while ensuring governance, compliance and strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage regional sales activities, ensuring targets are achieved and growth opportunities maximised.
  • Implement brand awareness and marketing initiatives aligned with the company’s strategy.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, including cross‑selling potential.
  • Develop and execute customer retention and expansion strategies.
  • Ensure governance, compliance and effective risk management practices are maintained.
  • Lead, coach and mentor Business Representatives to achieve performance excellence.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers, distributors and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage budgets and drive cost efficiency to support sustainable growth.
About You
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing Management or related field (NQF 7 minimum).
  • 6–8 years experience in sales and marketing within a manufacturing or automotive environment.
  • Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or management position.
  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing systems (MS Office, SAP, ERP, Salesforce).
  • Excellent leadership, communication and analytical skills.
  • Action‑oriented, customer‑focused and resilient under pressure.
  • Highly organised with strong planning and people management abilities.
