Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive logistics management experience in FMCG distribution.
• Proven ability to optimize supply chains and reduce costs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in logistics management software and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate regional logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the logistics network and reduce costs.
• Oversee third-party logistics providers and ensure SLAs are met.
• Lead warehouse operations, inventory control, order fulfillment and stock rotation.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and customs requirements.
• Mentor and develop a team of logistics professionals and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor KPIs and drive data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement and operations for seamless logistics integration.
