IQVIA seeks a commercially driven Key Account Manager – Oral Health Care to lead distributor management and strategic partnerships across Cameroon markets. The role emphasizes sales growth, channel optimization, and in-store execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business results.

The position requires strong analytical capabilities and experience in FMCG/Consumer Healthcare with exposure to West Africa. Travel is approximately 40–50%.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field.
• 5–8 years of sales experience within FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, or related industries.
• Strong experience in Key Account Management and Distributor Management.
• Proven experience in West African markets.
• Pharmacy channel experience would be advantageous.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering commercial growth and business results.

Responsabilidades

• Drive achievement of sales, profit, and market share objectives across the assigned territory.
• Develop and manage relationships with key distributors and strategic customers.
• Lead Joint Business Planning processes and customer negotiations.
• Execute promotional activities and support successful product launches.
• Drive distribution expansion and excellence in in-store execution.
• Manage demand forecasting, inventory planning, and distributor performance.
• Optimise pricing strategies, trade investments, and promotional effectiveness.
• Monitor market dynamics, competitive activity, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and other internal stakeholders to deliver business objectives.
