L’Oréal seeks an IT O+O & Data Domain Lead for South Africa & Kenya to bridge global IT standards with local operations. The role anchors both physical (Offline) and digital (Online) retail ecosystems, ensuring data integrity, seamless integration, and innovation.

You will manage e-commerce tech, AI enablement, AR/VTO integrations, and Low-Code automation, acting as a technical liaison across Luxe, LDB, PPD and CPD divisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of IT governance, security compliance, and vendor/device maintenance.

Responsabilités

• Bridge global IT standards with local operations in South Africa and Kenya.
• Lead O+O & E-commerce operations, troubleshoot integration lags, optimize order processing.
• Maintain local O+O tools and adopt technology in a budget-conscious way.
• Serve as technical liaison and business analyst across divisions (Luxe, LDB, PPD, CPD).
• Prototype AI-driven solutions and enable internal tools like L'OréalGPT.
• Oversee Beauty Tech devices lifecycle and AR/VTO integrations.
• Identify bottlenecks and develop Low-Code/No-Code prototypes (Power Platform).
