Job summary

L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty (LDB) in Johannesburg, Woodlands, is seeking an E‑Commerce professional to support the growth of the online business across retailer and brand channels. You will help deliver accurate product content, strong digital shelf execution, and engaging online campaigns.

The role collaborates with Brand, Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and IT teams, coordinating content reviews, reports, and activation plans; you will contribute to forecasts, campaigns, and performance analyses

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Digital, E‑Commerce or related field.
• Internship or junior experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing, sales or analytics is an advantage.
• Interest in e‑commerce and digital shopper behavior; beauty industry experience is a plus.
• Familiar with Excel and PowerPoint; analytics or retailer platforms experience is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of e-commerce plans across retail partners and brand.com.
• Monitor sales, traffic, conversion, availability, promotions; prepare reports.
• Assist with product launches, online promotions, and trading calendars.
• Coordinate content for product pages and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with Brand, Sales, IT and agencies to deliver campaigns.
• Summarize campaign outcomes and provide recommendations.
