Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Data Measurement, CCX & PCX Manager for Sub-Saharan Africa in Midrand, South Africa. The role drives data acquisition, measurement, and activation across consumer and professional channels, bridging technical infra and commercial growth.

You will lead a regional data architecture, governance, and analytics program, partnering with IT, BI, and agencies to deliver scalable MarTech solutions and measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• Honours degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science).
• Minimum 8 years in Digital Marketing, CRM, or Business Intelligence within FMCG/Healthcare.
• Proven track record managing complex data ecosystems and MarTech stacks.
• Experience across diverse African markets advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead evolution of Salesforce ecosystem (Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Health Cloud) for SSA targets.
• Define data collection roadmap across Web, CRM, DTC, and Professional Portals.
• Establish a measurement framework with KPIs for acquisition costs, LTV, and engagement health.
• Translate data insights into actionable commercial recommendations for SSA leadership.
