Job summary

Exclusive Networks is seeking a Head of Solution Architecture and Professional Services to lead a geographically distributed team across Sub-Saharan Africa, driving strategic direction, governance, and commercial growth. You will strengthen collaboration between Sales, Solution Architecture, and Professional Services to increase customer success and services attachment rates.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership across multiple countries, deep cybersecurity knowledge, and experience

Qualifications

• Proven leadership across multiple countries/regions in technical, consulting, solution architecture or professional services.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, architectures and trends.
• Experience building and scaling professional services practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Solution Architecture and Professional Services across Sub-Saharan Africa.
• Establish operating processes, governance, and performance standards for distributed teams.
• Improve back-office processes: SOW creation, project administration, time tracking and utilization reporting.
• Ensure accurate forecasting, resource planning, project governance and service delivery management.
• Grow services-led revenue by identifying and delivering Professional Services opportunities.
• Strengthen collaboration between sales, solution architecture and services teams.
