Exclusive Networks South Africa (Pty) Ltd in Midrand is seeking a Head of Solution Architecture and Professional Services to provide strategic leadership, governance, and technical direction for the Solution Architecture and Professional Services teams across the Sub-Saharan Africa region.

This role is accountable for developing a high-performing, geographically distributed technical team that delivers customer outcomes while driving growth.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing technical, consulting, solution architecture, or professional services teams across multiple countries or regions.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, architectures, and industry trends.
• Experience building and scaling professional services practices.
• Demonstrated ability to improve operational processes, governance, utilisation management, and service delivery effectiveness.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and develop services-led revenue opportunities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Solution Architecture and drive the target for Professional Services team across Sub-Saharan Africa.
• Establish clear operating processes, governance, and performance standards for a distributed regional team.
• Drive operational excellence by improving back-office processes, including Statements of Work (SOW) creation, project administration, time tracking, utilisation reporting, and hours logging.
• Ensure accurate forecasting, resource planning, project governance, and service delivery management.
• Develop the team's ability to identify, position, and deliver Professional Services opportunities that drive customer value and business growth.
• Build stronger engagement between sales, solution architecture, and services teams to increase services attachment rates and customer success.
