Job summary

Mindmatch Consulting seeks a results-driven regional sales professional to expand business across the Western and Eastern Cape. You will drive growth, manage key accounts, and present technical solutions to customers, while coordinating the full sales cycle from prospecting to after-sales support.

The role requires building strong relationships with customers, distributors, OEM partners and internal teams, plus delivering forecasts, budgets and performance reports.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Manage and grow existing key customer accounts.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets.
• Conduct product demonstrations and present technical solutions to customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to quotation, negotiation, order closure and after-sales support.
• Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, OEM partners and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and regular performance reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.
• Travel regularly throughout the Western and Eastern Cape to support customers and develop business.
